Current research indicates that the quality of endocrine tumor imaging, particularly as
regards ultrasound and nuclear medicine studies, is highly operator-dependent.
In addition to standard radiographic techniques, such as computed tomography (CT or CAT)
and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), we offer:
- Thyroid ultrasound and lymph node evaluation
- Whole body scanning
- Positron emission tomography (PET) and PET/CT scanning
- Parathyroid ultrasound
- Parathyroid sestamibi and single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT)
- Meta-iodobenzylguanidine (MIBG) scanning
- Fluorine-18 DOPA PET imaging
